I often get asked How do I prepare myself for a PKP Kinesiology session with you?
PKP Kinesiology is a unique set of a combined holistic approach as it encompasses the best of Eastern and Western medicine and it is not uncommon to be wondering what to expect from it.
Before your first session you will recieve a clinic history form which it will serve me to get to know a bit more about you, You will fill it with your personal details such as brief health history,food preferences, exercising and interests and hobbies.I will also ask you whats they main reason that took you to have a session and if there is anything else that I need to know to best support you.
Once we have our first session we will briefly discuss it and we will create a goal related to what is that you want to achieve.
For example, if you are feeling low energy and demotivated I may ask you:
How would you know that you are motivated and with high energy?
How would you feel and what would you accomplish?
I believe that creating a powerful goal according to your needs is an art; The more accurate the goal is the more effectively your body will be sending us directly towards it.
What can you wear? Any clothes that makes you feel comfortable will work.
Whats the best attitude to bring? Just have an open mind and be curious about what can show up during the session.Many clients get suprised about the things that come up.
Laughter, tears, silence and insights.Any of these can happen at any time during our sessions.
All emotions are valid.You are welcome to be yourself and to know you are in a safe space.
It is all part of the process.
