Would PKP Kinesiology will be good for me?
Here I would like to share when it is NOT a good time to have a PKP Kinesiology balance (session).
1.When you are looking for quick fixes
I do understand that we all have very tight schedules, and we tend to extremely busy, so looking for a quick fix is tempting. Quick fixes work in the same way you put a band aid. It will fall soon.
Would you really want that?
2.When you are looking for a list of instructions of what to do or not.
The PKP balancing process is so much more than just having “tips” about how to live life.
Wouldn’t it be even more rewarding to create the life you desire under your own terms?
3.When you are expecting the Practitioner to “solve” the issue, taking a Passive role as a client.
During a balance the role of the client is always active as I see PKP balances as a teamwork where we work together to achieve results.
The more you are willing to let go outdated limiting patterns and the more you allow yourself to be vulnerable and grow; the faster you will experience benefits.
Now that you know, Which role would you like to take during a balance then, active or Passive?
4.When you are expecting magic supplements to help you let go that back pain or food intolerances.
On the same way I don’t believe in quick fixes I don’t believe in magic vitamins or supplements “doing the trick” and forgetting everything else. During a PKP Kinesiology session my goal is to ask your body what it needs to restore his energy at all levels and meanwhile we do it we discuss emotions. The supplement won’t work if you haven’t dealt with the main issue.
Wouldn’t you want a long lasting change in your life?
5.When you are expecting to be done in a quick 30 minutes appointment.
During a PKP Kinesiology balances we work like peeling the layers of an onion. Session by session your body will take us to a different area or topic that needs attention in order to move forward. Attending a quick 30 minute session won’t allow enough time for us to work
but investing your time and energy in a 90 minute appointment will help you a long way.
6.When you want to be “done” in just one session.
PKP balances work in a similar way you plant a seed in the soil; on the same way you don’t expect to see the plant blooming overnight, you don’t feel “done” in just one balance.
(Although you may start feeling lighter and better already).
Growing and evolving is a process that requires patience, kindness and determination.
By the first session we are just starting to peel the first layer, to really experience results you may consider a longer commitment, the number of sessions depends entirely on you and what your body truly needs.
